What we store
Your email address, your settings, and what you enter about your subscriptions, including any text or screenshots you save as evidence. We also record which features you use, without what you typed, to learn whether Keepspan is useful. We never ask for full card numbers, show ads, or sell your data.
Who helps us run it
We use Supabase, Vercel, Resend and Anthropic to run Keepspan. Anthropic only sees text or screenshots you choose to paste, and only to draft an entry for you to confirm.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it. Cookies are used only to keep you signed in and remember your choices.
Your choices
In Settings you can turn reminder emails on or off, download all your data, or delete your account and everything in it.
Trademarks
Service names and logos are shown only to identify the services you track. All third party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Use of third party trademarks does not indicate any relationship, sponsorship, or endorsement, and shall be considered nominative fair use.
